  • Service Quality Issues: If the problem persists after the service, or if the appliance continues to malfunction, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Service: If the wrong service was provided or the issue was misdiagnosed, a refund may be issued.
  • Damaged Equipment: If your appliance or home is damaged during the service, we will either provide a full refund or offer additional repairs at no extra cost.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Customer-Induced Damage: Refunds will not be issued if the appliance or home was damaged by the customer after the service or if issues were not fully disclosed before the service.
  • Third-Party Repairs: If any repairs or maintenance were done by a third party after our service, refunds will not be applicable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will process it within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Service Charge: In cases of partial dissatisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or re-service your appliance or home at no additional charge.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by improper use of the appliance or failure to follow post-service care instructions.
  • If the issue is determined to be user error, or if third-party parts or services were used, refunds will not be provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds for Incomplete Work

  • If a service is canceled before completion, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
  • If the customer cancels after confirmation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
